boozer - why the "pop" at investor ?

He has entered into the new spirit of this thread - that of mutual encouragement and co-operation ! - (OK with a bit of light hearted banter)

Cann't we continue the thread in the same vein ?? Smile

investor at least is giving - reasoned logical arguments for his choices - and - has the "GUTS" to set himself up as an - "Aunt Sally" - to be knocked down !!

I don't give a "Damm" if he is right or wrong - I will listen to him, and draw conclusions.

So far - he is the only VDW'r prepared to do so, and as such - earns - "Respect" !

The rest have as yet - "ZERO" credability !!

('cept johnd) Smile

Investor

How can you say something is good and
we should all use it
If you cant prove it works in real time

You cant can you?
What is the point of it all?

Perhaps if you all let us know youre secrets we could all arrive at the poor house at the same time

Ther is some good advice in some of the VDW stuff but the whole of it as spelled out doesnt work

I wish VDW had proved some selections as well
Doesnt it worry you that he didnt
I wonder why he didnt
I wonder why he didnt take £40000 that was offered (allegedly for his services

Yet wrote in the Handicap book for 50 quid

Come on

It s fairly obvious that Boozer has been there, done it, and knows it doesnt work the way Mtoto, or Barney would have us believe.

As he says if they had anything of any value would they be able to stop themselves using it to humiliate a hate figure like myself? Smile

Obviously if you have invested years of research investigating the end of the rainbow you would be reluctant to own up to your stupidity when you realized there was no pot of gold. Confused

Unfortunately too many people rushed in thinking the horse is the whole story. Half of this thread is dedicated to the search for the "c/f" horse, when they should have spared a thought about the "c/f" trainer! Now that finally a more balanced approach is being cogitated, they come back with 100/1 mentally disabling viruses and senseless abuse. Frown

Not quite JIB
I know a few people personally on here and all of em seem to not get on with each other(must be me Big Grin) That is their problem not mine I could be the Ref Big Grin

BUT I wouldnt fall out or take sides with anybody cos of loyalty or bias

I will say this though
Even if it does sound biased
Mtoto is no fool in fact he is one of few that is worth listening to
He is quite logical
But I still wont have his adding up form figures and Consistency

believe it or not i came back on this thread with good intentions,I feel i do have something to offer,But when posts start being edited and others are asked to read them i don't like that. The thing is even if i give detailed explanations it seems to go over the top of your heads. What i will leave you with is this

1. forget maidens

2.3 most consistent from first 5 or 6 in the betting.Or top 5 in the whole field

3. top 4 on ability

4.top 3 race classes lto.

That is the criteria that vdw put accross. You are looking for high class stakes races. With national hunt you want h/cap chases,Hurdles and novice chases,Forget novice hurdles.I hope that you can get your heads together and sort this puzzle out,It does work and has done for a very long time.Stick to the upper limits,Sometimes horses will shoe up in shit races like The Prince but you have to use a little judgement,I wish you well and happy punting.

Boozer
Go back to page 692 when i started posting again and look at the horses i have mentioned,I f....d up big style with Muqbil but i at least tried to give a reasoning on a particular horses chance in the race it was involved in. Smile

OK, well, hmmm.?!? Anyway,

About Dandy, Tuppenycat:

A guy, who knows what he's talking about (you'll just have to trust me on this) reckons Nicholls has ended his "winning" for this season. and will just run to get the hcp marks down for the rest of this year.

Not sure if the big one tomorrow is included, but be a bit careful, just in case.

Apparently, the stable has made a lot of money for patrons and itself this season.

Maybe that's a pointer.

How the hell have we ended up discussing something important like this on a VDW thread?

Terimah Kasih!

boozer - no doubt - mtoto and lee could contribute a lot to the thread - if they chose to - however - I doubt that either of them is driving around in a Ferrari !!

If they were - they wouldn't still be posting here !!

They like everyone else on the thread - still have a lot to learn - and it doesn't help when they pose as the only ones - who - "Know it All"

A bit of "Mutual Co-Operation" - might help !

as JIB and I say - a look at the "Trainer" aspect - might progress us - a bit further !!

Seanrua -

Risk any more that £20 on that race and you should be led away in a "Straight Jacket" !!

still - its a bit of Fun - and at that price - a good bit of Saturday entertainment !

Without a small bet there would be no interest !

bit like the "Grand National" !

I still recon that Nichols - "Pride" - wants him to win the race again !

-

VDW Tread - been the preserve of - the - Anoracks - for far too long !!

Time to "EXPAND" !!!

Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

ps ; - when were you - "out there" ??

"Sama sama"
